Users may terminate their account at any time in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Made of Hits may terminate the contract for good cause, in particular in cases of serious breaches of these T&C.

9. Availability and Liability

We strive to ensure high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Made of Hits shall be liable only for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Liability for loss of data is limited to the typical recovery costs that would have occurred with proper data backup.

Any use beyond the intended contractual purpose requires prior written consent.
