For Couples and Individuals

I’m not a licensed mental health provider. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. I am a relationship coach and help couples build skills and communication to connect and reconnect.

I completed 3 years study of Integrated Kabbalistic Healing, which taught me a comprehensive and subtle diagnostic process, very helpful for zeroing in on different layers of conflict people are dealing with. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems for individuals and for couples, which is a powerful approach to gain relief from extreme or persistent behavior and helps us gain more balanced relationships. I also use a combination of Positive Psychology, EFT, and Neurolinguistic Programming to help clients reach a feeling of well-being.

I am skillful in asking the right questions to identify the most important parts of your life that need the most attention.

I am also very creative in my approach, and use a range of tools to connect, analyze, interpret, strategize, and build confidence.

A few thoughts to better know how I think about coaching.

Couples go through cycles of the same conflicts over and over, sometimes for many years.

You may see some of the cycles that you are in with your partner, and that is helpful. We will begin there.

I will see, perhaps a few more cycles than you have identified, and I will show you how to interrupt those dysfunctional communication patterns through a series of models and exercises. You will be amazed at how quickly you can have a productive disagreement.

Destructive disagreements, fights, and debates are the root of the kind of communication that degrades and weakens connection. In just a few sessions, many couples are able to move from debate back to dialogue and rediscover that they have not really been listening to one another. This builds goodwill, trust, and intimacy.

After we clean up typical patterns couples fall into, we can establish nourishing and positive communication that actually builds your relationship toward goals and mutual values and helps create a lasting bond.
