Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment or receiving services from Harrison Barritt and Breakthrough Couples, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms establish the professional framework for our coaching relationship and ensure clear expectations for both parties.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services and contact us to discuss any concerns.
Nature of Services
Coaching Services
Harrison Barritt provides individual and couples coaching services focused on relationship growth, personal development, and breakthrough moments. Our approach integrates various methodologies including:
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Intimacy From The Inside Out
• Integrated Kabbalistic Healing
• Limbic Retraining
• Supportive coaching techniques
Harrison’s Qualifications
Harrison Barritt completed 3 years study of Integrated Kabbalistic Healing and is trained in Internal Family Systems for individuals and couples. He uses a combination of Positive Psychology, EFT and Neurolinguistic Programming. Services are provided within the scope of his training and ethical guidelines.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information during intake and sessions
• Attend scheduled appointments promptly and prepared
• Notify us of cancellations within the required timeframe
• Make timely payments for services
• Respect confidentiality of other clients
• Engage actively and honestly in the coaching process
• Inform us of any concerns or changes in your situation
• Take responsibility for implementing insights and strategies discussed
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling
• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement
• We will do our best to accommodate your preferred times
• Confirmation will be sent via email or phone
• Both in-person and virtual sessions are available
Cancellation Policy
• 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee
• No-Shows: Failure to attend scheduled sessions will result in full session charges
• Emergency Exceptions: Medical emergencies and urgent situations will be handled case-by-case
• Rescheduling: We will work with you to reschedule cancelled appointments
Payment Terms and Fees
Session Fees
• Session rates are determined individually and communicated before service begins
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Payment plans may be available upon request
Insurance and Billing
• We can provide receipts for insurance reimbursement
• Clients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage
• Payment is required regardless of insurance coverage decisions
• We are happy to discuss payment options that work for your situation
Late Payment Policy
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services
• Payment plans will be discussed for financial hardship situations
• Collection actions may be pursued for severely delinquent accounts
Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount to our practice. All information shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential, with limited exceptions as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Exceptions to Confidentiality
• Imminent danger to yourself or others
• Suspected abuse of children, elderly, or vulnerable adults
• Court orders or legal requirements
• Professional consultation (with identifying information removed)

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Success in coaching depends on many factors, including your commitment to the process and individual circumstances.

Our coaching services are not designed for crisis intervention. In case of emergency, please contact:

Scope of Practice
Our services are provided within the scope of Harrison’s training in Internal Family Systems, Integrated Kabbalistic Healing, and related methodologies. We may refer you to other practitioners when appropriate for your needs.
Technology and Communication
Virtual Sessions
• Virtual sessions are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms
• You are responsible for ensuring a private, distraction-free environment
• Technical difficulties may require rescheduling
Communication Methods
• Email and phone calls for scheduling and brief communications
• Extended in-depth communication should occur during scheduled sessions
• Emergency situations require immediate professional help, not email or messaging
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice. Termination may occur when:
• Goals have been achieved or progress has plateaued
• You decide to discontinue services
• Referral to another professional is appropriate
• Payment obligations are not met
• The professional relationship is no longer beneficial
We will work together to ensure a smooth transition, including referrals when appropriate and transfer of records if requested.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practice or legal requirements. Current clients will be notified of significant changes, and updated terms will be posted on our website.
